Large Louis double fronted bureau / desk available in various colours and finishes. Hand carved from solid wood and then subtly distressed to give an authentic aged appearance. This bureau is finished in black and gilt with ornate brass pull handles on the two outer drawers under. One central drawer with brass lock and key. Brass mouldings to the feet, scroll work under and corners. The bureau is beautifully shaped and recessed in the centre rather than a flat front. Leather inlay to the top. Measurements: width 170 cm x depth 88 cm x height 77 cm.
