Luxury furniture retailer Juliettes Interiors began in Stratford upon Avon in 2005. In 2013 the founder, Juliette, moved her business to the Kings Road, Chelsea, London and opened a showroom in the prestigious highly regarded design quarter. 2.5 years later, after the launch of the Kings Road showroom, Juliette opened a specialist digital marketing office bringing in house the skills required to further develop the business. Juliette commented “I am delighted to bring the success London has given me back to my home town Stratford upon Avon, where I can be closer to my family”.
Founder of the company Juliette Thomas, has appeared on TV programmes such as the BBC’s Dragons’ Den and more recently Channel 4’s Millionaire’s Mansions. Her achievements have meant she is now able to open an e-commerce office back where it all started. The new office supports her designers in the Chelsea showroom, and being local to home enables her to work nearer to her four children.
Juliette is clearly proud of her business venture. “It’s taken 2.5 years of travelling 6 hours a day from Stratford upon Avon and involving excessively long working hours to establish the business in London. But worth every minute to be able to see my business grow. Being single isn’t easy when balancing home and work life, but I know my wonderful children appreciate the effort”.
“It has been a huge challenge to open our luxury furniture showroom in Chelsea. The success that has followed means that I can employ local staff in my home town. I now have a wonderful talented team. I hope to expand the new office in the future employing more local people and enabling the London-based company to progress even further.”
