At Juliettes Interiors, we are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of anyone who contacts us in any way. Here you’ll find information on how we treat data.

Visitors to our Website

When someone visits www.juliettesinteriors.co.uk  we use a third party service, Google Analytics and Adwords, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. You can find more information on how cookies are used on this website in the Cookies Policy below.

If we do want to collect personally identifiable information through our website, we will be up front about this. We will make it clear when we collect personal information and will explain what we intend to do with it. Any personal data we store electronically is automatically encrypted to keep it safe.

Whenever you contact Juliettes Interiors, through whichever method, we will collect your email address. If you have not already opted in to receiving our newsletter, we will ask whether you would like to subscribe to our newsletter. If the answer is no, we will destroy any record of your email address unless it is still required for the fulfilment of an order or if there is any other legal basis for its retention.

Visitors to our Showroom

Our showroom uses CCTV for crime prevention purposes and to protect our staff and customers. It covers the upstairs and downstairs display areas as well as the pavement and kerbside immediately outside the premises. Footage is kept securely on site and is only visible to authorised Juliettes Interiors’ staff. It is kept for 5 weeks before being overwritten. We do not share CCTV images unless requested by appropriate law-enforcement agencies.

Newsletter Sign Up

As part of the registration process for our regular e-newsletter, we collect your full name and your email address. We use that information to tell you about our product ranges, new arrivals, ex-display furniture sales, company news and other luxury lifestyle information we believe you may be interested in. Every now and then, we may contact you to check that you are happy and satisfied. We never rent or sell our mailing lists to any other companies.

We use a third party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. For more information, please see MailChimp’s Privacy Notice. https://mailchimp.com/legal/privacy/

We will keep your address information and email address in order to contact you by email in future to ask whether you would like to receive a copy of any subsequent brochures. If the answer is no, or if you do not respond to the email, we will delete your postal address. We will also delete your name and email address, unless you have already subscribed to our newsletter.
