1. The promoter is: Juliettes Interiors whose registered office is at 598 Kings Road, London SW6 2DX
2. The competition is open to residents worldwide aged 18 years or over except employees of Juliettes Interiors and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
Flights start and end at London Heathrow Airport. Therefore, the winner is responsible for their own transport to London Heathrow Airport.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

6. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
7. Closing date for entry will be midnight on Monday 6th September 2021. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
9. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
11. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
12. The prize is as follows: A 2-night stay on a Bed & Breakfast basis for 2 people in one of the 5 suites at The Diamond Suites Keflavik, Iceland. It includes return Business Class flights (or equivalent) for 2 people from London Heathrow Airport to Keflavik International Airport, airport lounge access (subject to availability), private chauffeur-driven transfers to and from Keflavik International Airport. It does NOT include transport to or from London Heathrow Airport.
The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Prize is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

The prize has a maximum value of £4000 which, as at 5 August 2021, covers the full cost of the prize, as detailed above. If, after 5 August 2021 and prior to the expected date of travel, events occur which increase the actual cost of any part of the prize (e.g. flights or accommodation), Juliettes Interiors reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to replace or substitute the prize or any part thereof, with another of a total value equivalent to £4000, or as near as reasonably possible to that figure.
Travel insurance is not included. The winner and guest must take out their own insurance. The winner and guest undertake this trip at their own risk.
Any additional transport within Iceland, car hire, food and drinks other than the included breakfast, and excursions are not included.
13. Winners will be chosen at random by Juliettes Interiors from all entries received, and verified by Promoter and or its agents.
14. The winner will be notified within 24 hours of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize by 9 am on Wednesday 8th September 2021, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
15. The promoter will notify the winner how to contact the hotel to arrange dates and accommodation. Flights will then be booked based on those dates. Changes to flights after confirmation will incur extra charges, at the winner’s expense.
16. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
18. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
19. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

21. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
22. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Juliettes Interiors, not to any other party. · Juliettes Interiors’ decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.
· Juliettes Interiors shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
· Juliettes Interiors also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
