This completely re-designed refurbishment included a cinema room, new bathrooms, new kitchen plus intelligent house wiring operated via iPad for audio, video, heating, air conditioning, lighting scenes and automated curtain control. Stairs and hall were installed with striking black and white marble, polished down for a silky smooth floor finish, with bronze detailing to balustrade, and all architectural metalwork in bronze. The living and bedroom areas are sleek and refined. The results have been cited as sharp and clean in design; elegance in modern luxury.
