This beautiful family home, nestled in the heart of Virginia Waters, Surrey had its kitchen transformed by Juliettes Interiors. This luxury family kitchen now exudes opulence and elegance, combining deep, rich tones with high-end materials and finishes. The original kitchen was outdated and lacked both workspace and a social atmosphere, isolating those cooking away from the rest of the family or guests. It also impeded the essential flow needed for cooking. Our goal was a total transformation, crafting a space where functionality met conviviality. We designed a kitchen that blends cooking and dining, strategically placing the cooking area to encourage interaction, so they all remain connected to family activities or at gatherings where everyone congregates in the kitchen.
The design centres a central island with an added breakfast bar area for casual meals and breakfasts bringing a new level of sociability and creating an inviting hub where family and friends could gather and share in the joy of cooking and conversation. The luxury kitchen aesthetic centres around striking dark marble countertops, offering both sophistication and durability. Creating a beautiful contrast against the gold accents seen throughout. Rich Art Deco influences, blending deep tones and luxurious finishes, the space is further elevated by a statement modern chandelier. Serving as both a functional light source and a decadent focal point, echoing the glamour synonymous with Art Deco style. The design merges practicality with luxury, exuding warmth and grandeur, making it the perfect hub for family life and stylish entertaining.
A luxury kitchen requires more than just the latest tech; it needs exceptional design to make it truly functional and beautiful. The client’s wish list included a discreet coffee station that could easily be hidden, which we achieved with a bespoke setup that adds both flexibility and elegance.
