Type: Windsor Town House Transformation of the Living Room, Entrance and Bedroom
Our client had recently purchased this traditional townhouse in the historic royal town of Windsor and approached us to reimagine its main spaces, including the front entrance, living room, and master bedroom. The brief was to retain the property’s timeless elegance while infusing it with a fresh, contemporary aesthetic suitable for them as a young professional couple. They felt the house was too dark and overpowering, check out the before images of the Windsor town house prior to our design project. Our goal was to brighten the space, creating a light and airy atmosphere without losing its classic charm.
The design of this Windsor town house embraces a calm, understated look, enhanced by luxurious materials and subtle touches of glamour. A mix of linen, nubuck, natural wood, and gold-flecked marble adds depth and texture. The wide, low sofa in textured ivory fabric enhances the feeling of space, while geometric accents in chairs and a bold rug bring a modern flair. The neutral palette is warm and inviting, with soft golds, chrome, and matte black adding contemporary elegance. At the heart of the room, is a stunning oversized coffee table with a rich, patterned marble top. The staircase balustrade was replaced by floor-to-ceiling champagne gold bars, a clever marriage of traditional and contemporary.
In the master bedroom, optimising the somewhat limited space whilst maintaining an effortless flow was a key consideration. Our design approach focused on maximising light and space, using a clean, minimal layout that showcases the luxurious furniture and exquisite materials. The result is a room that exudes warmth and sophistication, blending traditional elegance with modern touches for a truly inviting retreat.
In addition to the complete room makeovers, we designed and provided numerous pieces of luxury furniture for the kitchen.

Juliette and her Team recently provided us with their interior design services as well as the purchase of furniture. Both of us have been delighted with the outcome – the Team’s attention to our needs as clients as well as finding furniture suitable for our budget. The furniture is of high quality (as to be expected) and the design of our living room & guest room is not something we could have done ourselves. We are very much looking forward to using Juliette’s Interiors for round 2 renovations (master suite & kitchen).
