Salon Privé is one of the summer’s most prestigious automotive events – but it is also a celebration of luxury lifestyle with an amazing array of designer products and amazing shopping opportunities. Set in the glorious grounds of Blenheim Palace from 31 August – 2 September, this is an event not to be missed, whether you are looking for a Lamborghini, a helicopter or a tailor-made suit.
A Classic Collection
Of course, all the classic names in the world of automotive excellence will be there. The Concours d’Elégance sees the likes of Bugatti, Bentley, Alfa Romeo and Rolls Royce on display, to name but a few. Supercars from Tesla and Maserati sit alongside curvaceous classics such as Aston Martin, Jaguar, Porsche and Lotus. Then you have a dazzling collection of classic and superbikes; Norton, Brough, Triumph and Sunbeam not to be outdone by Ducati, Suzuki or Kawasaki. And the Concours Masters day is a fantastic tribute to 70 years of Ferrari, with models from the company’s earliest years, right through to the F12 70th Anniversary edition. Retail Therapy
But when you’re running on empty and need a little relaxation, stroll across to the luxury retail village for a spot of retail therapy. Juliettes Interiors will offer a haven of peace and comfort, with a range of stunning designer furniture: luxury armchairs and sumptuous sofas; glamorous gold and marble coffee tables and sleek console tables; designer lighting and a selection of our favourite designer accessories. As well as the free-flowing champagne and lobster lunches on offer as part of the event, we shall be serving our signature cocktail, the J&T, from our gorgeous gin trolley. Pickering’s Original 1947 gin, elderflower, rose, lime and ginger, topped with a sprinkling of nutmeg – it’s a garden party in a glass. On opening day, our cocktails will be served by Wild Island Gin, who will be coming all the way from the Hebridean Isle of Colonsay to dazzle us with their expertise.
