Juliettes Interiors was commissioned to transform this prestigious property on Onslow Gardens, Knightsbridge. The brief was to revitalise this one-bedroom rental apartment, that struggled to attract discerning tenants (see the before pictures here). We were delighted to take on the challenge of creating a design that exudes modern luxury and elegance. All while staying mindful of budget constraints. Despite its prime location, it lacked the sophistication expected in Knightsbridge. Our client wanted a stylish, high-end look for their luxury rental property that would attract tenants and elevate the property’s appeal.

The result is a sophisticated, ready-to-rent luxurious apartment. The reimagined space now radiates warmth and allure. With a soft, neutral palette and carefully selected accents. We introduced elegance to every corner. From a chic living area that seamlessly integrates lounging, dining, and workspace, to a contemporary kitchen and a refreshed bathroom. Every piece of furniture, sourced specifically for this property, speaks to understated luxury. To increase the luxury rental properties appeal to a broad range of potential tenants, we integrated opulent touches without overwhelming the space. Custom furnishings, rich textiles, and eye-catching lighting add personality, while the muted colour scheme ensures an inviting, timeless quality.

As a rental property, budget was a key focus. We used pieces from our Showroom Collection, delivering high-end quality and elegance without the premium price tag.
