Our Win at the International Property Awards

On 28th October 2022, our founder and CEO Juliette Thomas attended the International Property Awards ceremony. Dressed to the nines in a classic black gown, Juliette appeared at the event as a representative of our brand to collect our award.

Pictured here is Juliette with our International Property Award. Beside her are the award ceremony’s two presenters: Lord Waverley, Chairman of the Judging Panel (left), and Stuart Shield, CEO of the International Property Awards (right).

The International Property Awards

If you are unfamiliar with the International Property Awards, we’ll fill you in. The International Property Awards is a highly regarded organisation that celebrates the absolute best of the best in the sectors of interior design, property, and real estate. The International Property Awards has continually been sponsored by a number of market-leading companies, solidifying the organisation’s prestige. The awards’ main sponsor for 2022 was Rolls-Royce, while previous headline sponsors have included Jaguar, Mercedes-Benz, and Bentley Motors.

The awards cover an array of regions including Africa, Asia Pacific, Arabia, Canada, the Caribbean, Central & South America, Europe, the UK and the USA. Thus, it’s safe to say that the International Property Awards is recognised worldwide for its esteem. The award itself is ‘a world-renowned mark of excellence’. We at Juliettes Interiors could not be prouder to bear that mark, and will continually strive to maintain that excellence in our future projects.

The Judging Process

For those who are unaware, here’s a breakdown of how the International Property Awards’ judging process works. As previously mentioned, award entries are split across regions, with each region and category having certain judges allocated based on expertise. The awards are judged by a panel of over 100 highly experienced and respected expert professionals. As a result, each project is scored fairly on fulfilment of property disciplines. Judges also apply their own experience to assess the quality of designs and aesthetics.

Scores are then analysed to determine the winners, and those of the highest standard are awarded. Each category and region allows up to one Five Star winner and up to three Award Winners.

For our project to have won this prestigious award is an immense honour. “As one of the UK’s three Award Winners, we are thrilled to have been recognised so highly among this year’s many entrants,” says Juliette. “We truly put our all into this project, and the results have evidently paid off.”

Our Award-Winning Project

Our client that commissioned this project was also absolutely overjoyed with this news. On the topic of our project, he exclaimed:

“I am an unapologetic perfectionist! Juliette stood back and allowed me to paint a picture of my expectations, paying attention to every minute detail. Leveraging their interior decoy savvy, they advised and guided as we worked through a mostly customised journey of discovery and fulfilment. Working with them was an absolute pleasure and am not surprised that the stunning outcome of our collaboration became an award winner.”
